I am going to Berlin for the summer to do an internship and someone offered me a 60 square meter apartment in Mitte for 600 euro/ month (inlcudes all utilities). The apartment is seems to have everything one would need and is near cool areas of town but does have have the newest or nicest furnishings. Is 600 euros/ month a good price for that or is he trying to rip me off?
